« Understaffed at the front desk.
Our room code did not work. It had to be reset at the front desk. The hotel showed its age. It was very dated. Walls chipped and wall paper torn. Our room windows were extremely dirty. You get what you pay for! »

« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
