Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

We were disappointed that pool did not open until 4 pm Construction workers outside in early am disturbed our sleep Mattress in suites were worn and uncomfortable

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Fairbanks Inn. It is older and a bit dated, but reasonably priced, clean, and room was serviced daily.

The property is wonderful. It’s very clean. The rooms are perfect size. The breakfast they serve is excellent. It’s in a convenient location. The pool is a little small and the decking around the pool is extremely slippery.
