« We were put in a downstairs room that had mold on the ceiling above the toilet and was dripping something down from upstairs and dripped on us while using the restroom. They moved us to another room. Shower grout is not the cleanest and needs attention in both rooms we were in. »

« We had a late arrival. We had called the hotel to tell them we'd be arriving late between 1030 and 11. We got there around 11, and we're given a room, went down to the room and the door was wide open. The bathroom was still under renovation - bars off the wall, no shower door. Just very off-putting. So we went back down to the front desk to let them know, then they realized that the room should not have been in service. So that was an inconvenience at 11 o'clock when we were very tired after...
