« There is no restaurant, bar, room service, concierge service. There was no gift shop. This would have been fine, had it not been advertised as open as of Oct. 2025. There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout. »

« We had a great stay. We were able to bring our extended family together over Christmas in a new place for the first time. We had two dogs with us and they did great. We tried out the hot tub and it was very clean and spacious and enjoyed a drizzly winter night in the hot water under the stars. « Gorgeous property with lots of sitting areas and places to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We even saw hot air balloons one morning! We took advantage of the complimentary Croix tasting and loved the wines- definitely check it out if you are into Russian River Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. There was an issue with the hot tub but we got assistance right away and the technician worked hard to get it fixed. »
