« We were told the room was ready. It appeared to be very clean and even smelled that way when we walked in the room. We pulled the comforter down and it was very obvious the sheets weren’t changed! There was dog hair on the sheets everywhere! We didn’t complain because we were in a small town and we had already booked through Expedia and paid up front. « The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures »

« I booked it online based on the price and availability. I booked it a few minutes from pulling in. From the outside, like the pictures online, it seemed okay. Maybe not the nicest but we needed a room as we were traveling. I walked in with our small children and was blown away. It was awful! Very dirty, smelled like mold with old broken and stained furniture in the lobby, Because we had our kids they wanted to check out the pool so we did and it looked like a dungeon. « Had a great stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and smelt good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the AC makes a super annoying rattling sound that we couldn’t get to stop. »
