The top floor apartment is part of a two-storey town house comprising of two separate apartments, Belle View (ref 16645) on the upper part of the building including the balcony and Bownessy’s Retreat (ref 26989) all on the ground floor. Both are conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the heart of the bustling Lakeland town of Bowness and a short stroll from the lakeshore. It is just a two minute walk to the centre of the night life but you hear no noise in the apartment. There is a large choice of places to eat out within a few minutes walk. It is well situated to explore that area of the Lake District and if you want to take a boat trip on Lake Windermere, the pier is less than 10 minutes walk away. The only thing we felt let the place down was its lack of a recycling bin. ##### Chris W.
