"Valarie (Bartender) and Chris (Executive Chef) fantastic! Otherwise our stay was fair at best. Our first room had a TV that didn't work properly and a bathtub that didn't drain properly, Second room didn't have two beds (which we needed). Third room had 2 beds and a working TV but the hairdryer did not work and we had a medium sized towel that had a shredded edge. How does that towel get washed, folded and put in a room without housekeeping seeing it? Chances are about 100% we will not be staying at this hotel again!"

The rooms are very clean and the property provides us with amenities for our children & grandchildren to come visit and enjoy much needed family time. Highly recommend if you're visiting Lake Geneva!"

"Such a great spot! Be sure to check out the brew kettles and stained glass window on the second floor. We had no issues finding parking on the street or in the nearby ramp. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back."
