"Very disappointing experience. The staff provided misleading information, and the room’s A/C was broken from the start. A maintenance technician was sent, but after waiting a long time, the issue was never fixed. I requested a room change, but it was already too late and I ended up having to leave. To make matters worse, I felt I was overcharged without a clear explanation. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations. I will not be staying here again and would recommend spending your money elsewhere."
