"Valet parking only option which I particularly do not care for was good although they were very busy. Front desk staff person that checked us in I wish I caught his name for he was amazing, taking care of us. We arrived Saturday at about 3:30, there were two guys at desk-he made the visit special. Room was comfortable. Did not care for coffee maker but they had coffee downstairs at breakfast. Breakfast staff servers/cooks were great. Food was tasty. Bathroom no exhaust fan for steam if I had to be critical but overall loved the hotel."

"If you’re looking for convenience, you got it. If you’re looking for comfort - go elsewhere. It’s impossible to park and they only offer $40 valet where your car is parked BLOCKS away and valet runs 7a—11p. Parking on the street after 8am. Not allowed. Now the bed was hard and the pillows flat but what bothered me is the lack of maintenance. I literally had to shower up against the wall because the shower head was broke and just dangling. It was ok for the area and what I needed it for. But next time I’ll just uber to a more comfortable location."

"Very friendly staff. Fast check in. Very clean rooms. Nice pool. Close to quite a few good restaurants and about 15 minute drive to the cruise port. Perfect overnight stay before your cruise without the big $$$$!! I will be staying agin next month for my next cruise. 😁👍"
