I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is excellent. I had some problems with my third party booking and they were extremely understanding and helpful. They are professional and clearly care about the well being of guests

It was a good hotel with a very comfortable bedroom. The shower floor was dangerous , very slippery, for an older person and suggest rubber mat. No view from window but quiet and comfortable. Staff were good - fetched some forgotten items from my bedroom! Penelope Reid

Property condition was good and staff was friendly but the room we got was not properly cleaned like there was dust on table etc ( not like a 4 star 🌟 property). We stayed there for 3 nights but no cleaning was done and upon request we were told that it’s because our stay is less than 4 nights?? I did not like this rule honestly in a 4 star property so had to ask for towels and bin bags separately at the end. Hotel location is great, staffs were friendly , breakfast was nice and they encourage go green too so overall experience was nice.

Service was exceptional. First time in Brussels, first time in this hotel. We would return due to the fantastic service we received. Very well run hotel
