Cozy Creekside Retreat with Private Pier, Gazebo and Water Access!

Beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings abound "IS" Cozy Creekside Retreat. With a private Pier and Gazabo you can bring all of your watertoys to enjoy the Creek. Or just relax and take in all of the scenery. Pelicans, Cranes, Egrets, Seagulls and schools of Fish are a common site at the Retreat. You may even see "Jack" the jumping fish! We can accommodate up to10 people very comfortably. The Retreat boasts two oversized Bedrooms, a large Master Bedroom and two full baths. A large den with remote gas fireplace and huge sunroom with gorgeous views of Pages Creek. Open kitchen concept overlooking decks at the rear of the home where you'll find a gas grill for outside grilling! Relax on one of the rear decks in an Adirondack chair while reading a book or just enjoy the occasional boat traffic. The Retreat is within just minutes to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and plenty of shopping and dining. A nature trail for walking or riding bikes is just a half mile away. This is the perfect Retreat for those Family and Friend Vacations! Bring your Kayaks, Paddleboards, Canoes, Ski or fishing boats! Tie up to the Dock and you'll be in the water 2 hours eitherside of low tide! Whether it's for 2 days or 2 weeks you'll love your stay with us! The only reason you won't mind leaving, is because you get to come back!

Great house and location
This house was one of tbe best rentals we have stayed in. Everything we needed the owners thought of and had available. Kitchen supplies were there for our use with even a set of sharp knives. The rooms in the house were all large and the large sunroom was our favorite spot to sit and watch the water and the birds. The location was very close to all the Wilmington attractions. This house lives up to all the 5 star reviews

Family Retreat
Our family loved staying at the Cozy Creekside retreat. Watching the sunrise and sunset on Pages Creek from the dock swing then going out on my nephews boat was perfection. Our family enjoyed a southern seafood boil on the deck and enjoyed football by the fire. Our hosts thought of everything with a fully stocked coffee bar, all the cooking equipment we needed. The beds were very comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels that looked new, everything was immaculate. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked for next year. Thank you Brian and Jenn for your care and attention to detail. See you next time!

Wedding of our dreams!
I rented this home to be my wedding venue, and it was everything I dreamed and more! The property is beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and close to everything you could need. The home itself was perfect for the ladies to get ready with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the most amazing natural lighting in the sunroom. My husband and I stayed the whole weekend and thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the dock swing with the marsh view each morning. Brian and Jenn are the best hosts who have the sweetest story for their wonderful home. I can’t recommend this enough!!

A Welcoming Oasis
When my daughter first walked in she stated, “The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful!” We all agreed! There was no detail that Jenn and Brian overlooked! The living room is so spacious and gave us lots of room to dance and play with the little one. The recliners were especially enjoyed by my son-in-law. The fireplace would be a great asset on a non summer month. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING! The coffee/tea/snack bar was a nice added touch. Cold water ready for us in the refrigerator after a hot 10 hour drive was much needed. The bedrooms were spacious and can easily sleep many family and friends. Beds were comfy and the pack-n-play for the little one was great to have. We were able to have it ready to go upon his arrival for his afternoon nap. The bathrooms had it all and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash stations in each were a great surprise. Plenty of clean soft towels to get us through the week. The huge backyard was another play zone for all! The dock and gazebo were enjoyed at all hours of the day! Easy swimming with a convenient ladder. I saved the best for last…the sunroom! This became our consistent sought-after oasis. It’s huge and the brightness was so calming. Plenty of room to sit and chill, play games, and eat a meal. Little one also had plenty of room to play. We spent so much time in the room. It was the highlight of our stay! Thanks, Jenn and Brian, for hosting us. It was a wonderful vacation!

Amazing 10 Star Stay
We arrived to a hand written note from the owners, welcoming us to they're home and if we needed anything to call them. The house sits on Page's Creek which is just stunning and so beautiful as well as peaceful. Jenn and Brian have set the house up so you feel at home, from the fully stocked coffee bar with snacks and the activities for the whole family to do. We can't say enough nice things about Jenn and Brian you don't feel like your a guest they make you feel like family. The location is the best we saw hawks hunting for fish and we saw dolphins swimming up and down the creek in the mornings. We fished from the pier/dock and hung out under the gazebo at night and watched the storms roll in. We will booking again at the Cozy Creekside Retreat and next time we will be staying longer. If we could give extra stars we would because Jenn and Brian go above and beyond. Thank you for an Amazing stay and we'll see you next year and hope to hear from you soon.

Wonderful Home on the creek. Highly Recommend.
Our stay was fabulous! Jenn and Brian were Amazing host with a Beautiful home on the water. Very Clean. The smell throughout the cottage was heavenly, all used by Scentsy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for my Birthday/Cookout and staycation. We enjoyed cooking out and hanging out in the creek. We used the gazebo for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming and floating. Highly recommend if your looking for a relaxing scenery by the water.

Remarkable Retreat!
This is an experience we will long remember! Family came to celebrate with us for my grandson’s graduation. They have thought of everything to make certain your stay is comfortable and truly a retreat. Including a lovely gift for the graduate!
