« We were in town for a concert at the Lenovo center and this house was a great place to rest our heads after the show. The neighborhood was great, quiet and charming. Street parking was plentiful and the area felt very safe. The house was well stocked, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. And I of course, loved all the greenery surrounding the home. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Raleigh. »

« Older home in quiet neighborhood. Reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped and appointed. Very nice beds. Convenient to downtown entertainment and dining. Excellent bike trails nearby. Would recommend to anyone and would be happy to stay there again. »

« The house was clean and inviting. Perfect for what we needed. The host reached out and made sure everything was going well. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining but the host Kenny had his handy man come over the same day and had it taken care of. I can not recommend this place more. »

The neighborhood is in a great location convenient to many amenities, attractions, and food, whilc also being quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk in the evenings and enjoy the atmosphere. The host is very easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions and concerns. The house was very clean and well set up, would stay again if in the area. »

« The house is lovely and so homey. It was clean, decorated nicely and located very close to the Carolina Coaster Amphitheater. The huge fenced backyard allowed our 2 dogs room to romp and play. Would choose this home whenever we need a place close to Raleigh!! »
