Communication was great, quick, and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The area was beautiful. But, the property was not clean. There were 3 wash cloths and 5 bath towels for 8 people. Wallpaper was peeling, bathroom smelled musty, toothpaste on bathroom mirror & backsplash, bathroom counter peeling, bathroom outlet did not work, walls were dirty, furniture was very worn, screen was torn in the screen door to the deck, deck was not able to be used because it was so dirty, piece of the flooring was detached, yard/landscaping overgrown. The drive to and from the venue was easy and we missed most of the concert traffic due to the house location. The space worked great for the six of us plus our dog. Our host was helpful and kind and her responses to contacts were very quick!! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. We ordered food in for delivery and that worked well. Our son was completing online assignments for college and the fast internet was a plus! This STR has 4 queen beds that were very comfortable. I like quality linens and these all had cotton sheets and nice mattresses. This listing is nothing fancy and the house could use updating, but the price point and location made this a good value for our purposes. The neighborhood is quiet.
