    "We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Key an amazing room for an amazing price at the amazing location right off the beach. The only downfall was our hot water was not working properly. It was very intermittent and if it were to get warm, it would take 10 to 15 minutes to heat up and that was just lukewarm. We did contact the front desk about it. They sent maintenance up and it kind of helped not really. My last shower there I was able to get hot water after about 20 minutes (not exaggerating!!)..."

    "Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."
