I love the ambiance of this hotel! Gotta change the name, though; it doesn’t due justice to this fine grande dame!

The hotel was a little outdated. There was a problem with their key cards, which meant we couldn't get into our rooms without one of the representatives letting us in. The breakfast was good and well-stocked. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff is very attentive and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The only down side was our first room wasn’t clean and had no hot water. HOWEVER, staff was great and quickly found us another room within a few minutes just two condos away. The recreation stuff was very fun!! Mini golf, escape room, ping pong, go carts and hiking. I would recommend staying there.

Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning the same gentleman made our breakfast experience a sweet one. Huge thanks to him.
