« The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me »

« We had the absolute best stay! We booked this property for a Labor Day weekend getaway with friends - 2 couples and 4 kids between us, and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous, with the perfect mix of historic with all the amenities. The pool and entire backyard/back deck area are perfection, and we spent most of our time there and around the fire making s’mores. The host, Sherall, is super responsive and has thought of everything to make this an ideal stay in the heart of Lieper’s Fork. We...

« Communication was very good and the check in process was very easy. The cabin is obviously used for family members as in-law suite. There was a lot of brick of brack and mementos around the cabin. This left it as a VERY homey type feel and not as clean and rental like as most properties. We were also not comprehending that the water was not drinkable. That was our error for not thinking through the needs for drinking and cooking. However was a good place to disconnect with very good wifi. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this property in Franklin. It is conveniently located to the historic downtown district and The Factory on a beautiful 15 acre estate near the Harpeth River. We experienced a minor issue but our host Amy was very gracious and did her best to satisfy our concerns. »
