Features to note: \* Two bedrooms upstairs, each has a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom between the two rooms. \* Two bedrooms downstairs, one with a king and one with two single beds and a bathroom next to them. \* Back deck with swing and outdoor dining. \* Fire pit \*Pet Friendly When you step into the cabin, you will be walking into the kitchen which leads to the living room. The hallway off of the living room has the washer and dryer. Also off of this hallway is the primary bedroom with a king bed. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds). Next to this room and across from the primary is a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms across from each other, both have comfortable queen beds. There is a full bathroom between these two bedrooms. We have also turned the hallway closet into a children\`s play nook with some toys and books. Guests have full access to the property. The best way to contact us is through the airbnb app. We will also respond by text or phone call. We are local and can come out to the property when needed. When arriving at the property you will pull up a paved driveway. Our neighbors house is on the left. Continue up the driveway to the gravel drive. This can be a little steep and bumpy so we encourage guests to take it slow. The cabin is a short way up this drive at the end of the road. We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines: \- Pick up after dog droppings \- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively \- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds \- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate. \- Put pet sheets on furniture \- Pets must be housebroken \- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time. \- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively \- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations \*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning. A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues. QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8\. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on. Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred. SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. We needed a place that was pet friendly and had room for 5 adults ages 21-85\. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax when we weren’t out and about. I especially liked the skylights in the upstairs bedrooms. Check-in and check-out was easy. Communication was quick.
