"The property has potential, however our room was prepared properly, body wash container was empty, hair in the shower. The room was not made up on our second day, when it was eventually the coffee capsules and cups were not replaced . The room was quiet, and they have a great coffee service in the lobby."

The room was impeccably clean, and the complimentary snacks and drinks available were a thoughtful touch for traveling back and forth to campus during graduation weekend. The staff did an outstanding job managing a completely sold-out graduation weekend while maintaining such a high level of hospitality."

"We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell and called front desk only to hear it ring and ring. The lady finally came back about 15 minutes later. Not acceptable and very dissapointing"
