"Smoke / fire alarm went off in the room at 11:30pm while my fiancé and I were dead asleep. Staff were not helpful about the situation and upon check out the next morning when I explained this happened and was not happy about it the staff just stared at me without any initiative to remedy the horrible night. Staff said a manager would call me after I pressed about not being happy with my stay, however, a manager never reached out. Heard from family in the area that this has happened at the best Western to others they knew. I will be avoiding this place in the future."

"Shower was broken had change rooms (find this out at midnight) little compensation The format billing is put through on credit card. Just plain maddening."

"I loved the space. Very well appointed and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable. Very close to downtown- 5 minute drive maximum. Would definitely stay again. "

"Quick one night stay for my partner and I. It was a cozy clean space for us. The check in was extremely smooth and had easy access for us. We enjoyed the big tv for a lazy evening movie night before our bigger trip later in the weekend. Fantastic host and left us the coolest welcome photo! If we ever come through Williams lake again we would hopefully stay here again! "
