"Clean and well maintained motel that was obviously upgraded recently. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was not good, VERY limited selection and only 1 waffle maker."

"A great stay if you plan to take the train to Grand Canyon. It is over a mile removed from historic Williams shops and restaurants, but there are places to eat and shop at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and were told no bed or towel service or coffee for 2nd day. I was,however, given coffee supplies when I asked at front desk. I have taken the train, but did not take the train this trip because it is not scenic and their tour of the park is much more limited than NPS shuttles. If you have kids, they will love waving to the hermit and the fake train robbery."
