It's a small, older private motel so were went in a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and we liked the fact that there was no carpet. It was clean and the owner was friendly.

Great relaxing stay for a week. Full kitchen, laundry, walking to restaurants, market nearby and easy to get around Sedona. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall highly recommend. Note, the images show balconies, but not all rooms do.

The room was clean, though not impeccable. We had a minor issue with our room, and were able to quickly and easily change to another. The hotel is dated and could use some upgrades but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good although they had trouble keeping up with demand.
