Very Getto like, very poor across the board

The room was dirty!! The mirrors had handprints on them the carpets were dirty there was trash and a beer left if the felon there was hair in th tub and the bathroom floor was filthy! The cleaning staff came and cleaned while we were there in the room!! I also had booked two rooms and the second room was not available until well after check in time!! It also was dirty!! Hair in the tub as well as a used bar of soap over all filthy!!! This was a terrible experience and complained to the front desk about everything! They instructed me to notify you! I am requesting a full refund on this stay!! I have never been more disappointed in a room!!!!!

L’hôtel est proche de tout, il y’a des jeux d’eau pour les familles avec des enfants, le personnel de la réception est à l’écoute
