    "Budget rooms, a little akin to a hostel. Car park covered in broken glass. Rooms and corridors smell of stale smoke masked with air freshener. Bedding was clean and comfortable, but chewing gum stuck to windowsill and picture hanging off wall. Blind broken (husband fixed so could pull down). Holes in walls and poorly fitting doors. People from bar using corridor for getting to car park and fire doors left open. I’m not even mentioning factors outside of the accommodations control such as noise..."

    "Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."

    "Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance. "

"Very dirty and disgusting. Hot as hell which seems to be a theme at hotels in the area. I'm itching just thinking about our stay. Heat makes the room unbearable, I spent more time at the air conditioned Morrisons down the street than Idid int the hotel, (thanks to Morrisons for not charging me for loitering). Just an old dirty box they call a hotel with pictures that had to have been airbrushed because even AI would have a hard time making this up. The pictures fooled me don't fall for it."
