There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the common area was updated with plenty of room to get work done. The room itself was spacious, the only issue I had was that I could hear people in the adjacent room while trying to fall asleep.

The room was spotless and so nice the location was second to none in the area and the restaurants surrounding the hotel are amazing! We had a great time over Carnival weekend and so many really interesting events happened right in the square out front our flight was cancelled last minute on Saturday and they let us stay no problem for one more night. It was a great end to our 3 week Europe vacation.
