Very good hotel at first I was a little lost on how to use the bathroom for a shower and it was a little cold the room only has heat and at this time of the year the days and nights are variable

Our stay was mixed. Our bed was very comfortable although one hears the noise at night from the pub. The room was clean and well equipped but the shower was not great. Water pressure very low and so so hot water. Perhaps most disappointing was the breakfast. It starts at 9am which is quite late. One morning we missed altogether because we had to be up and out before then (and no offer to give boxed provisions). The next morning we got to breakfast at 9am sharp and by 940am we were still not served. We had an appointment at 10am so when the meal did arrive it was a less than optimal experience. And no offers to refill our hot drinks. Staff were not unfriendly but were far from welcoming. I would not return and would choose another spot in a lovely area.
