POTENTIAL FOR NOISE This home is part of a two-story home that has separate homes in the top and bottom level. Your home is the bottom level. When there are guests upstairs, you should expect some overhead noise. If you are a light sleeper or want perfect quiet, this may not be the place for you. (Consider booking the upper unit instead, or inquire about our 3BR or 6BR homes nearby!)
PETS & PET FEE Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 fee (per pet) per stay. Please inquire about our pet policy.
NO AC This home has concrete floors and close contact with earth, which keeps it naturally cool. Open the windows for an extra cross-breeze at night, and close them up to keep in the cool air. There are only 4-8 weeks per year that Montana gets hot. These things typically keep the home cool, but we want to be very transparent with our guests that we do not have AC.
BOOKING VERIFICATION We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends.
This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.
CANCELLATIONS The cancellation policy will apply to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee may apply to cover credit card processing fees.

Booking the property was a joke! They needed so much information was ready to cancel before we arrived!! Will never stay there or at a place like that again,
The property itself was beautiful. I’m tactfully trying to be honest about the inside provisions.
I only had a half roll of toilet paper for 6 nights along with paper towels. I ran out. I’m pretty conservative.
The kitchen potholders were dirty and smelled.
The kitchen dish cloths were very badly stained
and dirty looking.
The bed cover had stains on it.
I just felt it could have been kept up a little better.
There was other occupants in the upstairs. Very noisy.
It is a very nice place!
Clean and nice views. My mom said there was one issue with the mattress on the bottom bunk. It had small plastic tags (tufting pins) that she could feel through the sheets and ended up using the couch cushions as a barrier. She suggests, maybe a new mattress or a nice thick mattress pad.
Thanks!
Amy
The location was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to wander the beautiful private property and get some great photos. We stopped and picked up
Groceries to prepare dinner and the kitchen did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a relaxing clean stay.
