This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kids nook and a wood-burning fireplace. The “first” floor is an open area concept that includes the kitchen, dinning and living room with sliding door out to the patio. The back patio is complete with outdoor furniture and a grill creating space to entertain or relax. The large yard will be another great space to entertain once established. The large dining table seats 4 with seating for 3 more at the kitchen island and a highchair. The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room and a large living room. The couch is also a pull out couch. Also on the lower level is the kids nooks, wood-burning fireplace and a walk out to the backyard. Which the firewood is conveniently located. The second floor includes the master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Whether you are on the first, second, or lower level, the large open concept captures the beautiful mountains. From the front of the house enjoy a small covered area to take in the fresh air. The driveway is very spacious, fitting up to 10 vehicles or offering parking for your boat, camper or golf cart. All the comforts of home, conveniently located just minutes from Canyon Ferry Lake. Our home is nestled between the Elkhorn and Big Belt mountains offering stunning views. Had 2 boats and both could turnaround in the extended driveway easily. House was perfect and will do this again on our next trip. House was just fantastic, clean, and room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen came fully equipped (minus condiments like catchup and mayonnaise which is normal, don't think i would have used an open bottle of catchup). We used the grill every night, nice and big for the 10 of us. Back patio is very large and perfect for set up of my cousins corn ball boards. All in all, just a perfect set up for us with absolutely no complaints. Only improvement I can think of is getting the yard installed but that comes in time as this property was brand new. ##### Doug G.
