The staff is excellent and very forgiving. I lost the first key and they gave me another one without making me feel bad. The room was great, warm, and snug. The staff was absolutely amazing and l would highly recommended this place for anyone visiting this area!

Kitchen is nice to cook in, but lacks a saucepan and a cutting board. We made do with a cookie sheet as a cutting board and used a skillet to boil potatoes. Takes longer, but it works.
