« The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and the reviews. My teenage son and I stayed here during a trip to the area for baseball, and it was perfect for us. We were close enough to where he was playing yet far enough away that we could enjoy the quietness. We enjoyed fishing the ponds and appreciated the little touches and supplies provided inside the cottage. We will definitely look to stay here again if baseball brings us back to the area. »

« I live only about 30 miles away from Marietta, but a family member was in the hospital at Kennestone and I wanted a base closer to the hospital. Although I rented the property for four nights, I only went there once for a few hours late on Thursday night. Finding the house late at night was a little bit of a challenge, but the directions provided in the check-in email provided enough details to find the right driveway after circling the block to get my bearings. « We stayed for the weekend and the cabin overall is cute and can comfortably sleep 6. The overall cleanliness of the property needs to be addressed and you could tell it was not spot cleaned at a minimum before arrival of new guests. Another issue is the WiFi password not being posted anywhere once you get on site nor in the check-in instructions (all it says is it’s located on site at arrival) with little to no cell service I had to text Walter for password when we arrived. « This place is exceptionally clean with an abundance of amenities and games. Completely stocked for your enjoyment. Arrowhead Lake is a beautiful resort. We escaped the heat and used the swimming pools. They were large and clean with courteous staff. Check-in and out was easy with great communication. Slight Negative, Wifi could be better. »

« My son (17 years old) and I needed to be in Atlanta for 5 days for baseball tournament. This property was exactly what we were needing. Good amount of space, ability for separate sleeping areas, comfortable TV area, suitable kitchen (did not need to eat out every meal), full refrigerator.
