« BED BUGS! We stayed 5 mins, got ready to head to bed noticed dried blood in the sheets opened the sheets and 3 bed bugs crawled across the bed. The front desk said “no refunds” and they could call Orkin but it wouldn’t be til the morning, we had 4 rooms, with kids who had been traveling all day and it was late when we checked in. We left and will never stay at another Motel 6 again »

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
