"The hotel is in a great location. But the fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer was kind of hanging off the wall. I also got a $50 charge I wasn’t aware about. All I did was travel for work and was there to sleep. Wouldn’t be so bad, but not my favorite."

"I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel."

"The only hitch at this property is that they did not have a shuttle driver so I had to walk to the airport. It isn’t far, but I wouldn’t want to do it in the dark."

Something I experienced twice during my stay this time: there was a customer taking a large slice of the counter person's time, while a line slowly built to half a dozen people. The staff member was clearly trying to manage the situation as best she could, but with no one to provide any backup, there were a bunch of us who were inconvenienced. "
