« A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again. »

« Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all. »

« Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy.
