"I enjoyed the property. HOWEVER, a pool is listed in the description, and there is no pool. I received an email after booking the room informing me that the pool is currently out of service. The restaurant is also out of service. Also, the check-in attendant was rude. She was eating a bagel and looking at the computer when I walked up. She continued and after about 2 minutes, put down the bagel and asked me if she could help me. "

"What a beautiful resort! It was our first time in Cannon Beach and first time staying at the Hallmark Resort - Pacific Suites. We will definitely be back! Everything was perfect, except for a little spotty Wi-Fi now and then. But we weren't in our room too much so the Wi-Fi didn't bother us too much. All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay!!!"

"My husband and I were very impressed by our visit at The Ocean Lodge. The service was excellent - so many complimentary services to add a special touch for guests. We really enjoyed the night cap delivered to our room each night and loved the fire pit on the beach for sunset. We would highly recommend the lodge to others traveling to the Cannon Beach area. "
