Staff super friendly, room was decent, area quiet and safe. Continued issues with my keys. Room didn’t have a coffee/tea pot as stated. That was quite disappointing! Room was completely empty, not a fork, dish,cup, napkin.

The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on.

My stay was good, I did book a king suite but it was just a room. I thought the suite consisted of 2 sections but maybe it differs per state. other than that, my stay was comfy.

Everything was great. The restaurant had a great breakfast( not included but reasonably priced )Their snacks they sold were expensive but bring your own . Everything else was great and close to malls, restaurants and rec plex

Clean room, nice cold refrigerator, fresh linens, very comfortable beds, big TV, comfortable desk chair, relaxing hot tub and pool. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again.

One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Also, I left my laptop in the entrance lobby during arrival, and they kept it safe despite me realizing it is missing the next day. It is a great stay and will definitely be back.
