"When I arrived, it took a valet at least 20 minutes to approach me. Once I was approached he was rude when explaining the process, that I need to check in first (in which it doesn’t even allow room for you to park to check in). Once I walked inside I was greeted with stares and asked one of the front desk clerk; which clerk did I need to go to. The black girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me, so the gentleman checked me in. Trying to retrieve my car and check my car back in was a complete nightmare. One night I had to wait at least 30 minutes to check my car in because they only had valet working that night. The hotel was decent for the price, but the attitude and inconvenience of the workers was not worth it."

"Decent value for oceanfront room, but facilities are slightly run down. I believe they sell day passes for the hotel, so the pool can get extremely packed on the weekends with people who aren't guests of the hotel. I recommend a cabana on the beach if you can splurge. Food options are decent, in close walking distance to many other beach restaurants."
