« The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. « The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area! »

« This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. « We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...
