Our room was very clean.😊

The hotel was a little dated but the rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was very small and food limited to breads, cereals, etc. but for the price can't expect too much more. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh, stocked, and clean! No mess, a great selection and variety!!! Beds and pillows super comfy!

It’s amazing and good experience

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast bistro was very handy and the young lady that helped me all week was very very good. I wish I had gotten her name.

Room was clean. Room service was nice and everything went smoothly.

Overnight stay in transit through California. Very new facility, still dealing with small startup issues. We stayed in a handicap room instead of our reserved King Room. They were having reservation system issues. The room we stayed in was excellent, clean and quiet, but the shower curtain wasn’t installed correctly. It didn’t end in the tub, resulting in a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Morning desk clerk was very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again, but would request a room...

This hotel has been beautifully renovated. You can tell the building is old, but they've done a great job sprucing it up. The location isn't GREAT, but it's also not terrible. I'd recommend this hotel for mid length stays.

Breakfast was typical. Would have liked to have turkey, plant based or chicken sausages as an alternative.

Very clean and nice. Heating cooling and shower were working so good . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel !

Excellent stay! The fitness room is really nice, and I enjoyed my time here. The only issue was that I requested housekeeping service, but my room was not cleaned. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

This place was amazing we did not get to enjoy it to the fullest but we will be Back. the staff the owners went over and above to make us feel at home . We were able to check in early and leave our luggage and when we got back they were all Placed in our room The next morning we had issues with getting a ride to the airport the owner did what she could to get us a taxi and when she saw we were having issues she did not hesitate to get her truck we managed to find a ride from town but we knew if...

The area is clean, safe, close to shopping and the freeway. The staff always greets you and are cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping staff are so cheerful and helpful as well. Breakfast is hot, plentiful and delicious. The bathroom is bright, big and the shower runs properly. This was my second stay on my third trip to Modesto California. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place. Very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was great.
