"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean — there were roaches, dirt on the floors, and the TV did not work during our stay. We also noticed there was no hand soap provided in the room, which was very inconvenient. The service at the front desk was extremely slow, and during the complimentary breakfast we had to wait nearly an hour just to get coffee. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially for cleanliness and customer service. I hope improvements are made for future guests."
