"Dimitri provided excellent customer service during check-in, displaying a friendly demeanor. He also informed us about the complimentary coffee and tea available before we went to our room. Speaking of the room, it was clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbor's alarm go off at 6am. The breakfast at the hotel was good My 9-year-old particularly enjoyed making his own waffles using the waffle maker. The staff constantly maintained cleanliness by wiping down stations and restocking condiments. The breakfast options were plentiful, including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, english muffins, cereal, and fruit. For beverages, they offered juices, coffee (with my favorite hazelnut creamer), and a variety of tea packets."
