Westfield Vacation Packages

First impression was trash overflowing into the parking area. 2nd; General Maintenance has been long neglected. 3rd; Cleanliness of unit… barely acceptable. Basic kitchen utensils…yah there were some but a few more basics should have been included … too many more things … poor plumbing… filthy coffee maker…mold in shower room… …kudos to the beds and towels being clean… i think…

The good - The property is unique, clean, and overall welcoming. All of the staff that we encountered were really friendly. If you are here in the summer you have to make it a point to check out the stream in the back. The water is so clean and it’s very picturesque. The bad- The bathroom in the room had no working ventilation, it was very very humid and just never seemed to dry out. The common area in our building was just blah and the door was left open a lot so there were a ton of beetles inside. The beetles in general were a pain, they are EVERYWHERE outside, but that was everywhere we went in Vermont this season. The resort cannot likely help that. Overall the place is great and I would not hesitate staying again.

The room was very nice. It was well designed, well furnished and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The public areas such as stairwells and hallways were dirty and needed daily cleaning.

Property is lovely, staff is friendly. I’m not sure if everyone’s room is this way, but ours doesn’t have an overhead light and the lantern provided is dead so we’ve been using our phone flashlights to see what we’re doing this evening. When we first arrived, the headboard chargers didn’t work and upon inspection, I discovered a pair of Victoria secret woman’s underwear under my bed. Overall I would say our stay has been less than favorable thus far.
