"Pros: excellent location, excellent front desk staff, nice pool area, elevators very quick Cons: resort fee charged $50/day, expensive food/drinks, inattentive housekeeping services, had to pay to rent for many lounge chairs around the pool We did not get housekeeping for the first two days of our stay and had to call to get towels replaced and garbages emptied. They told us they would be there by 9 am next day to clean, then didn’t arrive until late afternoon. A lot to pay for services rendered. "

"Elevators were a complete and total nightmare to try and deal with. Multiple fights broke out because of it. We checked in and went to our room and staff members were still cleaning it so we had to go and get another room that they said they had just finished cleaning and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was black spots all over the floor and fruity pebbles in the AC unit. "

"Dropping off in valet was terrible where I had to wait in the car for almost 30 minutes before being serviced. Rooms were nice but the showers were pretty bad with very low water pressure. I was in town for the concert so it was a busy night but I did not like that at midnight food lines were still about an hour long. More needs to be done to service the high amount of people when there are big events. "
