Breakfast not included Staff not so friendly Overall terrible, cannot compare to a Hilton (which has comfy beds/ pillows, free parking and free breakfast with friendly staff), plus we get points. I thought it was complementary. Key didn’t work for the gym, even after the man readjusted it. Other than that, it was a good stay."
