Crystal the manager was super sweet and helpful. This is a small local hotel. No bells and whistles but our room was very clean. Perfect for our visit to the hippie festival right down the street. We will return.

Apartments or hotel?

This place left a lot to be desired. Staff super friendly. Furniture nasty, room worn down. For a few more $$ you can stay at a bit nicer place. Do it!

Affordable, clean and safe place to stay!

This hotel is an older building, but was safe and clean. It's location is super convenient to Salisbury and Kannapolis. There's a small kitchenette with a full sized frig, small stove and a microwave...perfect to save some money and cook or bring leftovers back and eat later. If you appreciate saving money more that staying in a new / cookie-cutter hotel, you should consider Affordable Suites Salisbury.

No hair dryer was provided. Appliances worked well. Room showed some signs of previous wear but clean. Very nice staff. I understood that much of the building was occupied by full time tenants, so it is not just a short term hotel type of facility. I would stay there again.
