"Our connection flight through Charlotte was missed because of American Airlines flight delays and found ourselves having to spend the night unexpectedly in Charlotte. Front desk staff at the Hampton Inn were very empathetic, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay more pleasant despite the stressful circumstances. "
