« There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. « We stayed in the 200-4 room May 7-10 2026. The property is easy to find, ample parking, the property is as described, GREAT LOCATION. We walked everywhere ... main street, the harbor, the pier, the beach ... just leave the car keys in the room. The unit had everything needed to dine in if we wanted to, the place is clean, the place was airy, the property was quiet (no renters in units 1,2,3 while we were there). « A perfect place to stay for a family on the go. There are so many possible activities nearby. The rental was spotlessly clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Being able to park and load up in the garage was a bonus, especially on a rainy day. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Close to medical mile and downtown. Walkable to downtown if needed but Uber or Lyft easy to grab. Next to a park, very nice. Host was very communicable. We had a few issues connecting the television to the internet to log into anything to watch but we were able to. Clean but definitely dated. « The studio is big enough for 3 people and a dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed including dog food bowl and a water bowl. The bed was comfy, and the 2 ceiling fans and air conditioner kept the room pretty cool in the hot summer weather. There were also bikes available and I had a great time biking to the beach. It’s located right above lakeside cafe, so you can enjoy breakfast there every morning. We all really enjoyed our stay at the Nest! »
