Clean room and easy access

Let me start off by saying the hotel is very clean and the workers are very pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean and the common areas were kept clean. Now let’s get into the nitty-gritty. 1. If the breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30, why is there no more food put out after 8:30 AM. I asked the kitchen staff if there was any more food. She told me that she was not supposed to put out any food after 8:30 AM. So if you have a hotel full of people and you saying that food is being served from 6:30 to 9:30 why can’t you put out more food for your guest? I asked the front desk staff, if that statement was true and they said unfortunately, that was a management decision. I came down the first time around 9:10 AM. The second time I came down around 8:20 AM just to verify whether or not there will be some fresh food out and there wasn’t. I have never been to a hotel that stop serving before time. 2. I asked the front desk if the indoor pool was heated? The young lady at the front desk said it is supposed to be but she was given reports from other guests that it might not be heated. Then someone from the back, an office manager I suppose came around and stated yes, it is heated! Well, the pool is not heated, and I advised the front desk staff after she asked me to let her know if the pool was heated or not and I also advised her to let the manager know that she should stop telling people that the pool is heated when it is ice cold.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful but the hotel was dirty and smelled awful.
