Lovely boutique hotel. The staff were incredible and the breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend

Such a great place. Excellent breakfast. So worth the 15 minute drive outside the city.

Nice accommodations, pleasant hosts and a fabulous breakfast. Well recommended.

The owners, Sheila and Alan were excellent hosts. We were spoiled in their lovely guesthouse. So many breakfast choices. The setting is quiet and peaceful. The room was large and super clean. They have thought of everything! Large selection of in room teas and coffees, biscuits, hot chocolate, tea cakes. A fridge with water, oranges and Coke. A white noise machine, a smart speaker. It certainly was a beautiful home away from home. Tastefully decorated with beautiful Scottish ceramic...

Really a nice quiet location with fantastic views of the loch. Check in was a breeze, room as advertised. Great host. Thanks

This property was an unexpected gem! The property was well priced ,finishes ,were immaculate , The property is very clean .The layout of the room even allowed for a separate seating area just outside our bedroom. This property had no TV, but was not missed because of the level of Wi-Fi available. The house is in a country setting, so of course convenience to amenities such as shopping or food should not be considered. This is very quiet location and very much appreciated after long days of...

Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!

Wonderful place. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The architecture of the public spaces is excellent; very spacious and well designed, taking full advantage of the stunning views. A gem in the beautiful Western Highlands.

A warm welcome from Rach and a comfortable and cozy room. Excellent dinner recommendations and a courtesy shuttle from the Loch Ness Inn made dining easy allowing a glass of wine with dinner. Very comfortable bed in the Mary Queen of Scots room and a wonderful Scottish breakfast and terrific conversation with Mark.

10/10 stay, one of our favourites during our trip to Scotland! Perfect location and the food on site was amazing!if you are looking for a cozy night in this is the place!

Very pretty area. Authentic farmhouse experience: comfy room, great breakfast, even the dogs were friendly. Good local dining options.

Beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings! You can tell there is so much care and love put into this place. It was spotless and so well kept! The host goes the extra mile for their guests!

Ness walk was lovely. The staff were very friendly. A great hotel close to everything Inverness!

The Cambeth Lodge was a short walk from Inverness’s city centre, which was perfect for finding places to eat. It’s about an hour drive from the far end of Loch Ness, at Fort Augustus, which makes exploring the lake easy, and it’s close to other historical sites of interest in Culloden and Fort George. The units are accessible by key and key fob and it’s a quiet place to stay in the area.

Really nice people and clean room!
