"Hotel and room description and amenities were not met. Rooms are not sound proof. No robes nor slippers. No restaurant for lunch nor dinner and no room service. No temperature control. Rooms were cold. Hotel is not 4 star."

"The hotel is very conveniently located for the central bus station (almost on it's premises) but a bit far out from Berlin. Breakfast was really good, the breakfast room is on the top floor with lovely panoramic views of the city."

"Nice variety for the breakfast, rooms are immaculate, though if you need to get any work done via WiFi, expect to go to a nearby coffee shop. They use a tiny T-Mobile hotspot for all guests, you're lucky to get 0.1Mbps. If hotel management read this, WiFi is NOT an area you should cheap out on. "
