The property and location was decent. The staff was fairly friendly. The food was great, and the restaurant staff was very helpful. However, the electricity went down in the hotel building “only” and not the area. It lasted from 10pm until 3am. I understand this can happen anywhere. When I asked when it was estimated to be restored, instead of receiving a positive answer, I was told by the staff receptionist that I did not need electricity to sleep! What about the other amenities visitors consider in hotels (internet, TV, etc)? Even though being a positive traveler at all times, I was expecting some feedback during checkout or some sort of incentive to encourage visitors to stay again at H2. Nothing of that happened. I don’t think I’ll stay at H2 again, unfortunately!
