"The staff was amazing and the room was well appointed. But there were black hairs all over the walls of the shower and dried blood inside the cloth shower curtain. The staff were super responsive and helpful! Also, do not get a room near the outdoor part of the pool - there is no supervision and both nights I was there"

Small things that would make stay excellent: different hot breakfast items each day, it was the exact same each morning for our 4 day stay, carpets could be cleaned better and new dishes, pots and cutlery as they were rusty. "The room was clean and quiet. There was a basketball tournament in town but the kids were reasonable. The bathroom was very clean. Caulk was immaculate…no water stains or damage. Tile in shower was newer looking. I did miss a makeup mirror but that was it."
